Our expert team of declutter and productivity coaches take a therapeutic approach in working to empower people living with complex chronic disorganisation who would like to lead productive, organised lifestyles. Our team are honoured to walk each journey with our clients, providing therapeutic intervention by facilitating behavioural and environmental changes which will help build independence, overcome disability or non disability related executive function challenges, work through any disability or non disability related emotional and mental barriers present which are associated with chronic disorganisation, create systems which will build functional capacity within the home, and provide support to build the skills of clients which will build their capacity to improve their daily living.

We are a mainstream non-clinical disability related therapeutic health support service offering declutter and productivity coaching to empower and enable our clients to overcome the specific disability and non disability related barriers which have led to chronic disorganisation and enable our clients to live and access their home and the community safely and independently. We treat every client with dignity and respect, and take the time to hear our clients and take action based on their needs and choices.

Our experienced declutter and productivity coaches regularly work with both private and self managed NDIS participants of all ages, as well as their family members, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and care support workers to:

- build individual capacity to independently and safely undertake activities of daily living by adapting their home environment and coaching each person to be organised, and productively and independently complete daily living requirements with ease within their home

- create and implement treatment plans and use these as the basis of our coaching to support clients to overcome the disability and non disability related barriers and executive function challenges which may be the underlying cause of chronic disorganisation

- adjust routines and home environment in a way that helps improve daily living conditions

- create unique organisational systems for belongings within the home and design and implement accompanying routines and schedules which help clients independently undertake activities of daily living and activities within the community

- take a therapeutic approach to coaching clients through decluttering their home to help them overcome the emotional and mental barriers which lead to chronic disorganisation. We understand that clutter is usually a symptom of something much deeper and we work on identifying and changing these specific behaviours that lead to chronic disorganisation

- create processes, routines, and schedules within the home which help clients improve their executive function and facilitate functional improvement within their home

- coach clients through overcoming the emotional and mental barriers they are facing which are caused by permanent functional impairment of a disability and impacts their ability to live productively, safely, and independently as well as reach their goals

- train clients, support workers, family members, and any other person involved with the daily life of the household on how to manage their surroundings, access the systems we have implemented, and continue to support the household in their journey toward productivity and organisation after we have left

- adjust supports so that each session meets the goals of each client and directly relates to the any disability which may be present

- intervene in domestic settings which are hazardous, disorganised, and/or unsafe and get systems in place which will work to build client capacity and prevent further functional decline

CCPHO’s coaches understand that some clients are at risk of social isolation and need their space to be clutter free and set up in a way that enables them to both access the community and have the community access them with in home supports and social events.  Our coaches work gently and at a pace that is safe for each client, making changes to routines, behaviours, and environments in order to decrease the likelihood of social isolation and mental health decline that chronic disorganisation often causes.

We tailor our service to help achieve the individual goals of our clients. Our team provide a one off service (once the house is complete we don't usually need to return) which has an impact that can last for years to come. Our Declutter and Productivity Coaches are billed at a flat hourly rate, and we provide all reasonable and necessary tools and equipment required during a session to help us coach our clients, implement systems, and build the functional capacity of the home to improve daily living.
